Here's how it works:

Step One: Consultation

First, we need to fully understand your current HR challenges. During this phase, we’ll listen closely to the issues you're facing and explore potential solutions. At the end of the call, we’ll provide you with high-level strategies and options to move forward. 

Step Two: Proposal

After our call, we'll send you a detailed proposal outlining our recommended services, including what’s included, what’s not, the total project cost, and an anticipated timeline. Whether it's a project-based engagement or on-demand, we'll ensure everything is clearly defined.

Step Three: Agreement and Project Kickoff

Step Five: Follow-Up and Ongoing Support

Once the proposal is signed, we’ll provide a contract and schedule a kickoff call. During this call, we'll review the project timeline, clarify the frequency and details of on-site visits, and discuss the agenda for the first day of engagement. 

Once our time together has officially begun, we’ll start with a team meeting to introduce ourselves and explain the bigger picture of why we're there. We’ll share the overall goals of the project and meet with your employees one-on-one to gain deeper insights. By the end of the day, we’ll meet with the business owner to provide initial feedback and observations.

After our on-site visit, we’ll send a detailed report with findings and recommendations. Depending on the scope of the engagement, we’ll continue to provide support remotely or through scheduled on-site visits, which may vary in frequency.

We’ll also stay connected via weekly touchpoints with your internal HR lead to ensure progress and address ongoing needs.
